Mykal Eden

Mykal Eden has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as Technical Support- Asset Coordinator and previously as Member Assistance Officer at Idaho Central Credit Union since August 2018. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at The Buckle, Inc. (March 2017 - July 2018) and Associate Director of Membership and Engagement at YMCA of the USA (May 2016 - December 2016). Mykal's earlier tenure at The Buckle spanned a decade, where responsibilities ranged from Manager to Sales Associate, with a strong focus on guest experience. Mykal holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics/Dietitian from Idaho State University (2020-2023) and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Boise State University (2008-2013).
