Jane Williams has a long and varied work experience. Jane began their career in 1984 at Boeing, where they held three different positions, including Vendor Cost Analyst, Pricing Administrator, and Overhead Cost Analyst. During their time at Boeing, they enhanced a material and labor estimating system, saving the company over $50,000 in the first year. Jane then moved to Midwest Research Institute in 1990, where they served as Cost and Project Analyst and Pricing Administrator. In 2007, they joined MRIGlobal as Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, where they provided financial data, trend analysis, expense approval, and calculation of sales compensation. Most recently, they have been Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Executive Officer at Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine since 2018, where they prepare Board of Trustee data and board packets, and assists the CEO and Chairman of the board.

Jane Williams obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration -Finance and Financial Management Services from Wichita State University between 1978 and 1982. Jane also has a certification in Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Training.
