Melissa Leon

Melissa Leon has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on HR generalist roles. Melissa started their career at Plexus Corp., where they served as a Human Resources Generalist, providing support to assigned departments and assisting managers with employee relations and performance issues. Melissa later took on the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for recruiting and driving the company's hiring strategy at the Nampa site. In 2021, Melissa joined Northpoint Recovery as a Human Resources Generalist before transitioning to their current role as the VP - HR Director at Idaho First Bank.

Melissa Leon attended Boise State University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management. In 2023, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
