Chuck Kracht has extensive work experience in the finance and mortgage industry.
Starting in 1998, they worked as a Mortgage Banking Director at Wachovia, responsible for leading the Retail Mortgage performance in Texas and Colorado. Chuck oversaw the relationship with General Bank partners and Wealth Management, as well as recruitment, training, and exceeding sales goals. Chuck held this position until November 2008.
In 2009, they became the Manager of Aurora Loan Services at Aurora Bank, FSB. In this role, they managed a call center, supervised 5-10 supervisors and 90-100 phone agents. Chuck focused on customer retention and loss mitigation for customers at risk of foreclosure. Chuck held this position until January 2011.
From February 2011 to June 2013, Chuck worked as a Senior Broker-Managment Liability at Aon Risk Solutions. and then from June 2013 to June 2014, they worked as a Manager at Experis.
In July 2014, they joined Specialized Loan Servicing as the Vice President of Customer Experience. Chuck held this role until December 2018.
Finally, in November 2018, Chuck became the Vice President of Loan Servicing at Idaho Housing and Finance Association.

Chuck Kracht has a diverse education history. In 1991, they graduated from Bryan High School. From 1994 to 1995, they attended the University of Wyoming and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Chuck then pursued further education and from 1999 to 2001, they attended Sam Houston State University, obtaining a B.A degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Additionally, in June 2020, Chuck obtained a certification as a Mortgage Action Alliance Member from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
