Joseph Barrow

Joseph Barrow is a highly experienced professional in quality assurance and food safety, currently serving as the Director of Quality and Food Safety at Idaho Milk Products since July 2021. Prior to this role, Barrow held the position of QA Manager at Glanbia Foods from August 2011 to July 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing food safety programs, managing quality systems, and supervising laboratory operations. Barrow has also worked as a Food Safety Auditor at Sorrento Lactalis and as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Pinnacle Foods Group LLC and J.R. Simplot Company, where expertise included compliance with USDA regulations and managing HACCP documentation. Barrow began a career in quality control as an Ethanol Lab Analyst and served as a Teaching Assistant at Idaho State University, where instruction focused on microbiological methods. Barrow earned a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Idaho State University, completing studies in 1999.
