Kevin Bailey

Kevin Bailey is the CEO of the Idaho Nonprofit Center. Kevin has previous experience as the Director of Upward Bound and Upward Bound Math and Science at Nebraska Methodist College, and as the Family Strengthening Coordinator at Catholic Charities Omaha.

At Nebraska Methodist College, Kevin was responsible for two $1.3 million dollar federal Department of Education grant programs. Kevin supervised a staff of 15+ to ensure program objectives were met, and designed program components and evaluation tools to ensure federal objectives were met in order to help low-income high school students enroll in college. Kevin was also responsible for managing and developing partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders which provide needed services to low-income students participating in our grant program.

At Catholic Charities Omaha, Kevin was responsible for the ongoing academic, social, and emotional development and well-being of 120+ low-income high school students participating in the program. Kevin was also responsible for all program recruiting and hiring decisions, as well as all program budget decisions including reconciling past expenses, projecting future costs, and responsibly managing financial resources to ensure program objectives were met.

Kevin Bailey earned their Masters of Education from the University of Notre Dame. Kevin also holds a BA in Theology from the same school. Kevin is currently a teacher at a high school in Chicago.
