Ben Ford

Ben Ford is an experienced professional in the building materials and retail industries with a diverse background in management and logistics. Since November 2017, Ben has served as the Buyer for the Western US at Idaho Pacific Lumber Company, where responsibilities include purchasing, shipping, and providing market information for the sales team. Prior to this, Ben held various roles at DICK'S Sporting Goods, including Bench Store Manager, where a focus was placed on sales, customer satisfaction, and staff development. Ben's experience also includes sales management at Cabela's, overseeing store setups, and leading teams, as well as a leadership role at Sportsman's Warehouse in camping and archery. Ben began a career in landscaping with Hessing Landscaping Group, constructing homes and roads in Boise. Educationally, Ben holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Boise State University, completed between 2004 and 2007.
