Eric Hernandez

Eric Hernandez has over a decade of experience in IT support and technical services, currently serving as IT Client Services Technician II at Idaho Power since October 2015, where responsibilities include providing technical support and managing IT Service Desk functions. Previous roles include positions with Taos and Agree Technologies and Solutions, focusing on technical support and service desk operations. Hernandez has a background as a Technical Service Representative for the Navy and served as a Data Network Specialist in the United States Marine Corps, where supervision of a service desk provided support to over 200 users. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Boise State University, Hernandez has enhanced expertise through various educational achievements in the field.
