Gordon Holland is currently working as a Sr. HR Professional at Idaho Power since July 2015. Prior to their current role, Gordon worked at Western States Equipment from April 2008 to July 2015, where Gordon held the positions of Talent Program Manager and Leadership Development Consultant. Gordon obtained their Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University in 1991.
