Jeff Malmen

Jeff Malmen currently serves as a Director on the Board of Directors for Perpetua Resources since December 2020. With a long tenure at Idaho Power beginning in December 2007, Jeff has held several key positions, including Senior Vice President of Public Affairs, Vice President of Public Affairs, and Senior Manager of Government Affairs. Prior experiences include serving as Chief of Staff for both Governor C.L. "Butch" Otter and Congressman C.L. "Butch" Otter, as well as roles in financial management under Governors Dirk Kempthorne and Philip E. Batt. Jeff has also been involved with the Idaho Republican Party and has held various legislative roles early in a career that began in 1989. Educationally, Jeff has enhanced professional qualifications at notable institutions, including Stanford University, University of Virginia, Dartmouth College, and Boise State University.
