Jeffrey L. Malmen

SVP, Public Affairs at Idaho Power

Jeffrey L. Malmen is the SVP of Public Affairs at Idaho Power. Jeffrey previously served as Chief of Staff for Governor C.L. "Butch" Otter from January 2007 to December 2007. Prior to that, they were Chief of Staff for Congressman C.L. "Butch" Otter from January 2001 to December 2006. Jeffrey also served as Administrator for the Division of Financial Management for the State of Idaho from January 1999 to December 2000 and as Chief of Staff for Governor Philip E. Batt from January 1995 to June 1998. Malmen began their career in politics as the Executive Director of the Idaho Republican Party from January 1992 to December 1993 and then as Field Director for Senator Larry Craig from January 1991 to December 1992.

Jeffrey L. Malmen has a SEP from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Finance for Non-Financial Managers from University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and a degree from Dartmouth College, Tuck School of Business, Institute for Reputation Management. Jeffrey also went to Boise State University.
