Rex Harvey

Rex Harvey currently serves as the Category Management Lead at Idaho Power, where responsibilities include developing and executing supply strategies to meet procurement objectives, managing supplier negotiations, contracts, and overall supplier management for assigned categories. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Purchasing Agent for Software and IT Vendor/Software Asset Manager at the City of Boise, focusing on software asset management. Rex also worked at Micron Technology as a Senior Global Category Supplier Manager, supporting global procurement needs for various engineering design groups, and previously served as a Senior Commodity Manager at Micron Electronics. Early in the career, Rex held the position of Materials Coordinator at Zilog. Rex holds a B.B.A in General Business Management from Boise State University.
