Jaye B. Pierce

Jaye B. Pierce, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Jaye B. currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SIF, Idaho Workers' Compensation since July 2015. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at MWI Veterinary Supply from October 2014 to July 2015. From July 2001 to October 2014, Jaye was the Human Resources Manager at Impac Services, where they managed all HR aspects for the firm in the US and Canada. Jaye B. also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Micron Electronics from 1996 to 2001 and at American Red Cross from 1994 to 1996. Jaye began their career in human resources at Micron Technology as a Staffing Supervisor from 1992 to 1994 and as a Human Resources Administrator at Boise Cascade from 1987 to 1992.

Jaye B. Pierce, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from Boise State University, completing their studies from 1979 to 1985. In addition, they have obtained certifications in SHRM - SCP from SHRM and SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
