Teresa Uhlenkott

Teresa Uhlenkott has extensive experience in learning and employee development. Teresa worked as Director of Learning and Employee Development at Idaho Youth Ranch since 2017, and prior to that, they held the role of Learning and Development Specialist II at EDMC from 2009 to 2016.

Teresa Uhlenkott earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Secondary Education and Teaching, Directing, Performance from Boise State University in 1997. Teresa later obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Argosy University in 2012. Additionally, they attended Boise State University at an unspecified time.
