Jess Critchlow

Jess Critchlow has a diverse work experience, with a background in sales, business development, and coaching.

Starting with their most recent role, they worked as the Director of Sales and Business Development for IData Incorporated, starting in November 2016.

Before that, Jess held various roles at Front Rush, a SaaS customer relationship management technology company. From March 2016 to November 2016, they served as the Director of Sales and Business Development. In this role, they focused on harmonizing the recruitment of student-athletes between Athletic Departments and Admissions Offices through a middleware and consulting service called FR Pass.

From May 2012 to March 2016, they led and developed the FR Pass program as the Director of Sales and Business Development. Their responsibilities included creating technical connections between the Front Rush CRM and admission office software systems, consulting clients on workflows and procedures, enhancing product features, and managing business development.

Jess also worked briefly as a Sales Specialist in Admissions & Compliance from January 2012 to May 2012, and as a Sales Account Manager & Loyalty Specialist from March 2011 to January 2012.

Prior to their sales roles, Jess had coaching experience. They served as the Head Lacrosse Coach at Union College from July 2005 to September 2010. Before that, they held roles at Utica College, first as Head Lacrosse Coach from July 2002 to July 2005, and later as both Head Lacrosse & Soccer Coach from July 2002 to May 2004. Notably, they were named the 2003 Empire Eight Coach of the Year at Utica College and achieved significant improvement in their soccer team's performance.

Jess Critchlow completed the Farm Beginnings certificate program in Organic Growing at the Organic Growers School from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, Jess obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from The College of Wooster from 1997 to 2001. In 2000, Jess also attended the University of Adelaide for a short period for Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Jess earned a high school diploma from Concord Carlisle Regional High School from 1993 to 1997.
