Kathryn Auger

Kathryn Auger has extensive experience in various leadership roles within human resources and talent management. Kathryn currently serves as the SVP, Head of Talent at IDB Bank. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Financial Services LLC. Kathryn also worked as a Senior Advisor/Consultant at Retensa, where they focused on culture and transformation programs and developed customized learning. Furthermore, they served as a Senior Leader at The Madison Square Garden Company, where they built and led a team focused on talent management, learning & development, and employee programs. Additionally, they held positions at Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Merrill Lynch, where they played key roles in HR, talent development, and learning & development.

Kathryn Auger's education history includes a BA in Liberal Arts with a field of study in English Literature from Pace University. Additionally, they attended The Mary Louis Academy for high school, focusing on an academic curriculum.
