Raluca Mirea

Raluca Mirea, MBA has a diversified work experience spanning over two decades. Raluca is currently the Head of Credit Risk Analytics & Portfolio Management at IDB Bank. Prior to this, they served as the SVP, Head of Credit Risk Reporting & Analytics at Bank Leumi USA from 2016 to 2022, where they played a crucial role in transforming the bank's credit risk reporting activities. Before that, they worked as a Vice President in the Strategic Risk Reporting & Projects Department at BNP Paribas, where they enabled the publication of comprehensive risk metrics and spearheaded various projects for the Credit Risk function. Raluca also has experience as a Senior Financial Analyst at AEGON Direct Marketing Services, where they led the implementation of economic capital modeling and managed asset-liability models. Furthermore, they worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at George Mason University and began their career as an Underwriter at American International Group (AIG).

Raluca Mirea, MBA has a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from George Mason University - Costello College of Business. Raluca also holds a Masters degree in Banking and Insurance and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Capital Markets from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
