Shirly Dayan

Shirly Dayan began their work experience in 2004 with Bank Leumi USA, where they served as a Relationship Manager in International Lending until 2007. Shirly then transitioned to the role of Department Head in the Financial Institutions Unit until 2014. In 2017, they joined IDB Bank as the Chief of Staff in the Corporate Division, and in 2018, they advanced to the position of Head of Specialty Deposits and Business Development in the same division.

Shirly Dayan completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yeshiva University in the years 2000-2004. Afterward, they pursued studies in various financial areas, including Financial Accounting at New York University from 2007-2008 and International Banking Risk and Regulations at New York University from 2013-2014. Additionally, they obtained degrees in Business and Sales Development from Dale Carnegie Training and Credit Training and Financial Statement Analysis from Financial Training Partners, both in the year 2007-2008.
