Joshua Hartshorn

Joshua Hartshorn is a legal professional with substantial experience in infrastructure and energy law, currently serving as Lead Counsel for the Infrastructure and Energy Legal Team at IDB Invest since September 2016, focusing on responsible development in Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously, Joshua held the position of Senior Associate at White & Case LLP, where expertise included project development, construction, project finance, and cross-border transactions in Latin America. A notable secondment as Senior Counsel for SPEC LNG involved the development and financing of an LNG terminal in Cartagena, Colombia.
