Miguel Angel de la Fuente

Miguel Angel de la Fuente currently serves as an Investment Officer at IDB Invest since August 2020. Prior to this role, Miguel worked at BBVA en México from September 2014 to August 2020, where responsibilities included ECM, M&A, Project Finance, CSL, and DCM for small and medium-sized companies, initially as an Associate in Corporate and Investment Banking and previously as a Trainee Analyst in the same field. Miguel also completed an internship in Transfer Pricing at Deloitte México from August 2012 to May 2013. Educational background includes an Executive Master in Finance from Esade (2021-2022), a degree in Economics and Finance from IBERO Puebla (2010-2014), and participation in the European Businesses Summer Program at Hochschule Bielefeld in 2013.
