Stephanie Oueda Cruz

Stephanie Oueda Cruz has an extensive work experience in various organizations. Stephanie is currently working as an Advisor to the President - Gender, Diversity and Inclusion at the Inter-American Development Bank. Prior to this role, they held the position of Head of Diversity and Inclusion at IDB Invest. Stephanie also worked as an Associate Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Coca-Cola European Partners. Before their time at Coca-Cola, they were the Head of International Diversity at L'Oréal, where they also held roles as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager.
