Simone Coultress

Simone Coultress is an experienced finance and diversity professional currently serving as a Board Trustee for Wandsworth Music and a Steering Committee Member for TNON since March 2021. In a significant role at Johnson Matthey since September 2013, Simone holds the position of Head of Diversity and Inclusion and founded the Black Employee Network to enhance the recruitment, retention, and development of black employees, supporting the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Treasury Manager and Treasury Accountant at Cadbury plc and various senior finance officer roles at Surrey County Council and the London Borough of Lewisham. Simone holds an ACMT designation and degrees in Accounting and Management from the University of Essex.
