Terry-Ann Segree

Terry-Ann Segree is currently serving as the IDB Group Private Sector Regional Coordinator for the Caribbean at IDB Invest since February 2023. Prior to this role, Terry-Ann held various positions at IDB Lab from March 2018 to February 2023, including Private Finance Operation Senior Specialist and Private Finance Operation Specialist, managing the IDB Lab Portfolio of projects in Jamaica, Belize, and The Bahamas. Earlier experience includes serving as an Investment Manager at the Development Bank of Jamaica Limited in the Jamaica Venture Capital Programme from January 2015 to March 2018 and as a Portfolio Manager at First Global Financial Services Limited from June 2000 to May 2014. Terry-Ann holds a Master's degree in Strategic Planning from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University College of the Caribbean.
