Thalía Fernández

Thalía Fernández is an experienced communications professional currently serving as an Internal Communications Consultant at BID Invest since August 2022. Previously, Thalía worked at NTT DATA Europe & LATAM as part of the Digital WorkSpace team for six months in early 2022 and held various roles at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros from March 2018 to December 2021, including Internal Communications Senior Analyst and Communications Analyst. Prior experience includes positions as Communications Assistant at Grupo Molicom and PROTISA Perú, a Sustainability Analyst at Responde, an Internal Comms Assistant at Votorantim Metais, and a Training and Development Assistant at Oechsle. Thalía is pursuing multiple master’s degrees from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Universitat de Barcelona, focusing on research methodologies, innovation, talent development, and employee experience. Thalía holds a degree in Communication for Development from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
