Raymond Pryor

Raymond Pryor serves as Chairman of IDC Global, Inc. and has a diverse background in investor relations and corporate consultation. Previously, Raymond Pryor was the Director and Owner of McCormick & Pryor, Ltd. from July 1985 to January 1998, where responsibilities included proxy solicitation, shareholder identification, takeover defense, proxy fights, and corporate consultation. Prior to that, Raymond Pryor worked at Morrow & Co., LLC from 1981 to 1985. Raymond Pryor completed education at the University of Chicago from 1978 to 1982.
