Alexey Nekhaenko

Alexey Nekhaenko, currently serving as Senior Director of Sales Operations for EMEA at IDC since March 2021, has extensive experience leading sales operations and structural transformations across different organizations. At IDC, Alexey oversees operations generating over $100 million annually, spearheading the transformation of sales structures and implementing analytical tools such as the Customer Map. Previously, Alexey held significant roles at TMF Group, Cisco, and Nortel Networks Russia, focusing on optimizing sales operations, CRM adoption, and financial management. Alexey possesses a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Saratov State Socio-Economic University and has a strong background in finance and strategic planning.
