Brendan Randall

Brendan Randall is an experienced professional with a focus on Salesforce and business applications. Currently serving as a Salesforce & GTM Applications Product Manager at IDC since April 2019, Brendan leads strategy, governance, and optimization efforts for Salesforce and business applications to enhance revenue operations and customer success. Prior roles at IDC include Salesforce & Business Systems Product Owner and Salesforce & IT Business Analyst, where Brendan demonstrated expertise in managing Salesforce roadmaps and stakeholder engagement. Before joining IDC, Brendan worked at Connection from January 2012 to March 2019 as the Team Lead Licensing Solutions Specialist - Microsoft, driving improvements in client engagement and operational efficiency, and previously as a Microsoft Partner Development Specialist and Account Manager. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned in 2011.
