Jeff Newton

Jeff Newton is an experienced professional in the technology and communications sectors, currently serving as the Director of Worldwide Infrastructure Channels & Ecosystems at IDC since May 2021. In this role, Jeff leads the Infrastructure Channel Leadership Conference and delivers thought leadership on channel and ecosystem trends. Prior to IDC, Jeff spent over 13 years at Cisco, where roles included Global Business Development Manager, Global Alliance Manager, Customer Business Solutions Manager, and Channel Account Manager, focusing on co-selling, partner relationships, and business growth. Earlier career experiences include positions at SAS as an Account Executive, at Qwest Communications as Regional Channel Sales Manager, and at Penske Truck Leasing as Sales Representative and Six Sigma Team Lead. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
