Jyoti Lalchandani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as the Regional Managing Director for the Middle East, Turkey, Africa (META), Central Asia, and India at IDC since January 1997. In this pivotal role, Jyoti oversees strategic direction and performance across multiple markets, having been instrumental in establishing IDC's presence in the META region, including the development of regional offices in key cities. Previous roles at IDC include Research and Consulting Manager and Senior Research Analyst, where Jyoti led teams in providing strategic guidance to clients and conducting comprehensive market research. Prior to IDC, Jyoti worked at BGL Plc in Nigeria as an Associate in the Chairman's Office and held various leadership positions at AIESEC, focusing on marketing and organizational development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai, and a program at MIT Sloan School of Management.
