Roful Zamal Santosa

Roful Zamal Santosa has been working in the tech industry since 2010. Roful Zamal began their career at Wirecard as a Coordinator, where they managed 20,000 EDC machines throughout Indonesia, monitored BNI accounts, created project timelines, and monitored and reviewed the work of Technical Support and Admin BNI Account in Jakarta. Roful Zamal also held the roles of Administrative Officer and Technical Support Officer. In 2015, they joined IDCloudHost as Chief Customer Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer.

Roful Zamal Santosa completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universitas Komputer Indonesia Bandung between 2005 and 2010. Roful Zamal has also obtained three certifications from Excellent - PT Prima Sistem Indonesia: Lead Auditor ISO 14001:2015, Lead Auditor ISO 45001:2018, and Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015, all obtained in July 2022.
