Candice Carswell has extensive experience in food service and management, currently serving as Cafeteria Manager at IDEA Public Schools since April 2021. With a career spanning over a decade, Candice has held roles such as Patient Services Manager and Executive Chef at Morrison, overseeing patient meal services and staff training, as well as managing food quality and sanitation. Candice also operates as an Executive Chef and Consultant for Candid Catering, where responsibilities include menu development, event planning, and budget management. Previous positions include overseeing nutrition programs at Kingdom Connection Day Camp and managing kitchen operations at various establishments. Candice holds an A.A. in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College and a B.A. in Public Relations from Marquette University.
