Javier Campos

Javier Campos, CPA, CIA, has extensive experience in the field of internal audit and finance, currently serving as the Vice President of Internal Audit at IDEA Public Schools since January 2020. Previously, Javier held several positions within the organization, including Managing Director, Director, and Internal Audit Manager. Prior to this, Javier served as Chief Financial Officer at Vulcan Solutions, LLC, from July 2018 to November 2021 and worked as District Auditor for Edinburg CISD from February 2015 to January 2020. Javier began a career in audit at Oscar R. Gonzalez, CPA & Associates, PLLC, where the role included Audit Manager and Non-Equity Partner from May 2008 to February 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Accountancy from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from The University of Texas-Pan American.
