Kayla Parker

Kayla Parker, M.Ed., is an experienced education and human resources professional, currently serving as the Senior Managing Director of HR & Staffing at IDEA Public Schools since September 2020. With a strong background in educational leadership, Kayla has held various roles including Managing Director of HR and Staffing and Regional Director of Human Resources. In addition to current responsibilities at IDEA Public Schools, Kayla operates as the Head of HR (Fractional) at The Gatehouse at Grapevine and previously held the position of VP of HR (Fractional) at Ministry HR Group. Kayla's career includes significant leadership positions such as Director of Human Resources at Allen ISD, Principal at Allen High School, and Associate Principal roles at both Coppell ISD and Gainesville High School. Kayla began the education career as an elementary school teacher at Bowie ISD and Plano ISD. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching, both obtained from Midwestern State University.
