Kelly Andrews

Kelly Andrews, MBA, currently serves as the Chief of Staff of Information Systems and Technology at IDEA Public Schools since December 2023. Before this role, Kelly held various positions at Syndicate Solutions, including Managing Director, Assistant Director / Division Manager, and Program Manager from June 2010 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Executive Specialist in the Office of the President at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago from August 2014 to July 2015, and as an Associate at Getco LLC from May 2009 to 2012. Kelly holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Aurora University, obtained in 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Benedictine University, earned in 2005.
