Pablo Mejia

Pablo Mejia has over 20 years of experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Program Innovation at IDEA Public Schools since July 2009. Previous roles include Principal at both IDEA Public Schools and Weslaco Independent School District, where accomplishments include achieving exemplary school statuses and overseeing significant staff and student populations. Mejia has demonstrated a strong focus on program innovation, teacher coaching, budget management, and data-driven decision-making. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Texas Pan American and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from UCLA.
