Mayur Mhetraskar

Mayur Mhetraskar is an experienced quality control and engineering professional with a strong background in various manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Assistant Manager of Quality Control & Testing at ideaForge since May 2022, Mayur previously held positions such as Senior Quality Engineer at Jio Tesseract and Quality Engineering Technician IV at Tesla, where responsibilities included monitoring production quality and analyzing defects. Mayur's tenure also includes roles as a Process Engineering Co-Op at Brunswick Boat Group, where Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies were implemented, and as a Junior Engineer at Hilton Metal Forging Limited, contributing to continuous improvement across multiple departments. Mayur holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, along with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education.
