Swapnil Thakur

Swapnil Thakur is an experienced professional in supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Management at ideaForge since November 2022, where responsibilities include leading supply chain functions in the UAV manufacturing and aerospace sectors, focusing on transformation and sustainability. Prior to this, Swapnil held the position of Assistant General Manager at Anest Iwata Motherson Limited from August 2020 to November 2022, where strategic leadership improved procurement, vendor management, and logistics. Notable achievements include effective raw material cost management and enhancements in inventory control and team performance. Earlier roles include Manager at SINTEX BAPL, focusing on sourcing and strategic purchasing, and a management internship at Glenmark Generics Ltd., where efforts were made to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Swapnil holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication from COEP Technological University.
