Amie Norman

Amie Norman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Amie started their career at Boots UK in 2012, where they worked in different supply management positions, including Assistant Supply Manager, Lead Assistant Supply Manager, and Deputy Supply Manager. In these roles, they oversaw inventory management, forecasting, and worked closely with suppliers. Amie also worked on international development projects and collaborated with cross-functional teams. In 2018, they joined Specsavers as a Sales & Operations Planning Manager, where they implemented a global S&OP structure and focused on improving efficiency and planning. Amie later took on the role of Global Frame Operations Manager, responsible for the operational delivery of frames to the global network. Since 2023, Amie has been working at Ideagen as the Head of Commercial Delivery and currently holds the position of Head of Customer Success.

Amie Norman completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Leadership from Nottingham Trent University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Foundation degree in Business & Administrative Management at Babington Business College from 2013 to 2014. Their earlier education included A Level Business, A Level Maths, and A Level Drama at Bilborough College from 2010 to 2012.
