Greg Johnson currently serves as the Head of the North American Customer Success Team at LuxCreo since November 2023. Greg’s tenure at Acoustic involved overhauling the Worldwide Support organization, which transitioned from outsourced to an internal team, significantly reducing costs. Over two decades at Pitney Bowes, Greg held various leadership positions, implementing transformative strategies that enhanced client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Greg also began his career at VistaInfo and Environmental Advocates, focusing on research and information resource coordination. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resource Management from Penn State University.
