Er. Amit Kumar Palit began their work experience in 2007 as a Team Lead for Customer Success at ProcessMAP Corporation. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and supporting project activities, serving as a bridge between the US Client Service Team and India Implementation Team. Er. Amit Kumar successfully handled client queries, understood their requirements, and reviewed them with various teams to fulfill them. In 2022, they joined Ideagen as a Team Lead for Customer Success.

Er. Amit Kumar Palit completed their education in Computer Science and Engineering. Er. Amit Kumar obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree from DRIEMS College in 2006. Er. Amit Kumar further pursued their studies and received a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from FM University [Balasore] in 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as phishing scams, ransomware, cybersecurity, human resource skills, project management, and more.
