Louise Tommasi

Louise Tommasi is the Chief People Officer at Ideagen. Louise has held this position since January 2017.

Prior to joining Ideagen, Louise was the Chief People Officer at Incora from January 2017 to June 2021. Before that, they served as the Global Talent Director at Pentland Brands from November 2014 to December 2016.

Louise began their career in human resources at Cott Beverages Ltd in May 1998, where they served as the UK & European People Director until March 2008. Louise then joined Speedo International Ltd as the VP of People in April 2008, a role in which they were responsible for developing HR vision, mission and strategy for the Speedo business. Louise held this position until December 2016.

Bsc Management Studies: Louise Tommasi studied management at Brunel University London. Louise specialized in human resources and now works as an HR manager for a large company.
