Michael Dowthwaite has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Michael currently holds the role of Chief Customer Officer at Ideagen, where they are responsible for the success of all customers and leads various customer-focused divisions. Prior to this, Michael worked at Salesforce in multiple leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Global Executive Sponsor of Salesforce Parents & Families, and Vice President of Customer Success for international regions. Michael also served as the COO of Customer Success for EMEA at Salesforce. Before joining Salesforce, Michael held various consultancy roles at DXC Technology, Atos, Ciber Global, and NTT DATA.
Michael Dowthwaite attended Cambridge Judge Business School, where they studied International Finance. Michael graduated in 2016.
