Rick Blood

Rick Blood has extensive work experience in the credit union and banking industry. Rick currently holds the position of Chief Lending Officer at Ideal Credit Union since 2019. Prior to that, they spent 15 years at Firefly Credit Union, where they served as the SVP/Chief Operations Officer. Before joining Firefly Credit Union, Rick worked at Think Mutual Bank as the Director of Lending from 2000 to 2004.

Rick Blood completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at Concordia College from 1988 to 1992. Rick further pursued their education at Cardinal Stritch University and obtained an MBA degree from 2005 to 2007.
