Shari Rilley

Shari Rilley has a long work history, primarily focused in the financial industry. Shari began their career at Ideal Credit Union in 1990 as a Member Services Specialist before transitioning into an Accounting Specialist role. From 1995 to 2002, they worked as an Executive Admin at Alias/Wavefront. Returning to Ideal Credit Union in 2003, Shari started as an Executive Administrative Assistant and steadily progressed through various roles, including Manager of Financial Reporting and Risk Management, Director of Data Intelligence and Risk, Vice President of Reporting and Risk Support, and currently serves as the Vice President of Risk since January 2021. Shari'sexpertise lies in risk management, reporting, data intelligence, and administrative support.

Shari Rilley completed their high school education at White Bear High School from 1983 to 1986. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, and Psychology at the University of Minnesota Duluth from 1986 to 1991.
