Karin Rusbridge has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Director at Ideal Health Consultants since 2011. Under Karin's leadership, Ideal Health Consultants specializes in providing a comprehensive range of project, consultancy, and resourcing services throughout the healthcare investment lifecycle. Prior to this role, Karin was the Owner of Ideal Training from 2006 to 2011 and founded IDEAL RECRUITMENT LTD in June 2003, which focused on delivering professional consultancy and resourcing solutions to UK healthcare organizations.
