Adah Liu

Adah Liu has held various HR roles throughout their career. Adah started as an Assistant of the Executive Director and eventually became the HR & Admin Supervisor at Suneast Group. Adah then worked as an Assistant HR & Admin Manager at TridonicAtco before becoming an HR Manager at Amphenol, where they implemented HR strategies and managed HR tools. At Umbra, Adah served as an HR Manager and was responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures in China. Currently, they are the Human Resource Director for Asia at IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC, where they oversee policy development, employee relations, recruitment, training, and compensation management across multiple regions.

Adah Liu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2001. Adah later pursued their MBA at Royal Roads University from 2009 to 2011. In 2013, they also obtained a Senior HR Professional Qualification from the Career Identification Center in China. Adah has also completed various certifications, including those related to performance management, creating a skills-based organization, psychological safety for diverse teams, strategic human resources, and managing in a matrixed organization. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent being in 2024.
