Joakim Malm has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1997, they began their career in sales at Expert AS. In 1999, they joined Reference Audio AB as a Store Manager, where they were responsible for e-commerce and marketing. Joakim then moved on to Harman International in 2006, initially working as an Account Manager for major accounts and distributors in the Nordic region. Joakim later became a Key Account Manager with a budget responsibility of 20+M € and served as the spokesperson for press in the Nordic Region. In 2020, Joakim joined IDEAL OF SWEDEN as the Head of Sales Nordics, leading the sales division and implementing innovative sales strategies. In 2021, they also founded Headphoneparts.se - Bility AB and served as the CEO, focusing on providing high-quality headphones and accessories to customers. With their extensive experience in sales and proven track record, Joakim is confident in their ability to drive revenue growth and maintain customer relationships in the Nordic region.
Joakim Malm attended the IHM Business School in 2019, where they completed a program in Key Account Management. In the same year, they also studied Digital Leadership at the same institution. Before that, from 1995 to 1998, Joakim attended Rudbeck, where they pursued a field of study called UF - Young entrepreneurship.
