Juliana Kulakova

Juliana Kulakova has a diverse work experience. Juliana is currently working at Ideal of Sweden as a Project Manager, where they started in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst at the same company from February 2021 to June 2021.

Before joining Ideal of Sweden, Juliana worked as a Member at -Nova- from March 2017 onwards. Juliana also gained experience as a Business Controller Trainee at H&M from March 2019 to September 2019.

Additionally, Juliana has interned at East Capital, where they held the role of Research Intern on the Russian Fund and later worked as a Summer Research Intern. During their time at East Capital, they provided financial modeling and reporting, analyzed the company's holdings from an ESG perspective, and built a model for a complex instrument.

Juliana has also participated in various programs and workshops. Juliana was a Participant of BCG Women's Workshop and BCG Academy at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2017. In the same year, they also participated in the Leading The Way: Women's Insight Programme at Morgan Stanley.

Before that, Juliana worked as a Commercialization Coordinator at PepsiCo from July 2014 to August 2016. Juliana evaluated and analyzed functional KPIs, assisted the Senior Director of East Europe and CIS, and organized conferences with the company's top management.

Juliana's earlier experience includes working as a Personal Assistant to the CEO at Mail.Ru Group from February 2013 to November 2013, where they developed efficient reporting formats, implemented cost-cutting measures, and established a flexible assistant team. Juliana also worked as an Operational Coordinator at FG BCS from August 2012 to February 2013, where they conducted negotiations with clients, prepared analytical reports, and provided training to new employees.

Juliana Kulakova has a diverse education history. Juliana obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Economics of Innovation and Growth from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, which they pursued from 2016 to 2018. In 2019 to 2020, they attended Hermods AB, where they focused on studying Swedish Language. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2013, they attended the Higher School of Economics and earned a Magister degree in International Monetary Relations. Additionally, Juliana Kulakova has acquired several additional certifications. In 2021, they completed the "Project Initiation and Planning" certification from Coursera, as well as the "Excel Skills for Business: Advanced" certification. In 2016, they obtained the IELTS certification from the IELTS Preparation & Training - Education Hub.
