Lawrence Rice

Lawrence Rice currently serves as the Technical Product Manager for North America at Ideal Products since January 2023. Prior to this role, Lawrence held the position of General Manager at Ideal Products of America from November 2010 to December 2022. Lawrence's experience also includes working as Plant Manager at Sproule Manufacturing for a brief period in 2010 and a long tenure of 19 years as Plant Manager at Philadelphia Plastics, overseeing ISO certified custom injection molding operations. During this time, responsibilities included new part process development, mold design review, scheduling and personnel management, quality training, and customer communication. Additionally, Lawrence worked as a Quality and Inventory Supervisor, where a quality system aligned with Ford Q101 was developed. Early in the career, Lawrence gained experience as an Electrical Estimator in a co-op position at Howard P. Foley.
