Brandy Wilson is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in programming, technical support, and training. Currently serving as a Senior Programmer Analyst for The City of Meridian since March 2022, Brandy previously held various roles at Ideal Software Systems, Inc. since June 2007, including Tier 2 & 3 Support Technician and Training Coordinator. In these positions, responsibilities ranged from managing customer interactions and coordinating technician support to creating training materials for users. Prior experience includes over two decades in the hospitality industry with Outback Steakhouse, where Brandy excelled as a Restaurant Manager and Server/Bartender, focusing on sales, employee training, and customer service. Brandy's educational background includes an Associate of Science in Information Technology from National American University.
